I'm writing this letter of thanks in regards to my recent experience of purchasing a new vehicle through your company with the assistance of Kent Nelson.  This being our third vehicle through H.M. Brown, while we weren’t new to your company, we had yet to experience the complete and comprehensive customer service provided by Mr. Nelson.

This purchase was complicated by both getting out of a sticky lease, as well as coordinating the transfer of a fifth wheel hitch from the old to the new truck, Kent was there to facilitate each and every step.  On top of sourcing the perfect vehicle according to our requests, his valuable coordination of the above mentioned process provided a seamless transition with little, to no down time.

The lack of a snappy letterhead will probably keep this letter from making your “wall of fame”.  What is important is that you know what a thorough job Phil Martin did for me in the procurement of my 96 Dodge Ram pickup.

Phil always returned my calls and always had time for that “one more question” that I inevitably seemed to have.  He even counseled me through a mid-summer bout of buyer’s remorse.  In short, this is the first vehicle purchase that has been a truly enjoyable experience with literally no hassle.  Bravo to your company and especially to Phil for taking care of all those details and delivering everything he said he would when he said he would!

I don’t do this very often, but I have had an excellent experience in purchasing my new car and would highly recommend Dave Nolt of H.M. Brown Automobile Sales & Leasing (brokers) if you are in the market for a new vehicle.  Not only did they do an excellent job in finding and delivering a new automobile in a very painless fashion, but he went out of his way to assist me in disposing of my old vehicle and coordinating the repair of some dents that needed to be fixed before I turned in the car at the expiration of the lease.

Moreover, as many of you know, my old vehicle broke down near LaJunta last weekend and he assisted in arranging for the return of my rental car to LaJunta and getting my old repaired vehicle to Denver.
