MY PASSION FOR THE AUTO INDUSTRY COMES FROM…
I am a product of the 1980s, a time when one’s car was the ultimate extension of one’s personality. My first car was a 1972 Chevy El Camino. Next I had a 1983 Chevy Camaro, and then I graduated to a 1982 BMW. Cars have always been important to me, so serving as an auto broker is a natural fit.
MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT BEING AN AUTO BROKER IS…
I was a customer of H.M. Brown for 17 years before becoming a broker, so having been on both sides of the desk makes me understand and appreciate my job more. The part of being a broker that I love most is building long-term relationships. Taking first-time H.M. Brown clients through our process, educating them on the different models and costs of ownership, discussing leasing versus purchasing options, experiencing the ease of our process, and then having them refer me is the ultimate reward.
I EARN A LOT OF REPEAT BUSINESS AND REFERRALS BECAUSE…
I get repeat and referral business because I provide top-notch customer service and because our car-buying experience is awesome. This truly is a no-pressure, time-saving process.
