MY PASSION FOR THE AUTO INDUSTRY COMES FROM…
For fifteen years I was a financial consultant. I helped clients build credit, get out of debt, and work on their taxes. Understanding the task clients have in purchasing their next vehicle is daunting at best. I like to be there for them and make sure that even if they have tough questions, they are getting accurate answers that can be backed up with facts. Purchasing a vehicle can either be a great experience, or it can turn into a "money pit" that seems bottomless. The difference in which a client gets is who they deal with when purchasing their next vehicle. I aim to provide a fair deal, reliable process, and to be the person they want to come back to.
MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT BEING AN AUTO BROKER IS…
Selling someone their first vehicle must be the best thing about being an Auto Broker, hands down. A parent helping their child buy their first vehicle, all the way to an adult who previously never had the means to acquire their first vehicle. All first-time buyer experiences are both satisfying and rewarding for all parties involved.
I EARN A LOT OF REPEAT BUSINESS AND REFERRALS BECAUSE…
Besides the client relationship, paying attention to numbers is the most important thing an Auto Broker can do. Details matter and if you do not check a box or fill in a blank it can cost the client time, money, or both. I pride myself in paying attention to all of the details that will make the closing and delivery process of the sale a smooth transaction – which can give my clients the confidence they need to send their friends, family, and eventually purchase their next vehicle with me.
MORE ABOUT ME…
I grew up in Farmington, New Mexico which is a small-town bordering Colorado, Utah, and Arizona. The area is rich with Native American culture including the Navajo's, Pueblo's, Apache's, and Ute's. I have six children that are the prize of my life and keep me on my toes.
