My interest in cars started with my grandfather’s stories about driving across North Africa in an old MG during his early twenties. Those stories stuck with me. As a kid, I became obsessed with Top Gear and their vehicle-based adventures. While most kids were watching cartoons, I was watching off-road expeditions and track tests. That early exposure turned into a lifelong passion for all things automotive.

I genuinely enjoy helping people find the right vehicle without the pressure or bias that often comes with a traditional dealership. As a broker, I have the ability to offer advice across all makes and models, which means my only focus is what works best for the customer. I’m a car enthusiast at heart, and this role lets me turn that knowledge into something useful for others.

Before I got into the automotive world, I worked as an alpine mountain guide. I led trips on the volcanoes of Washington and on Mt. Denali in Alaska. That experience shaped the way I work today by teaching me how to stay calm under pressure, build trust quickly, and always prioritize the needs of the people I work with.

There were a ton of pictures of my parent’s wedding in my house growing up, and most of them were of them driving through Maui, Hawaii in the, at the time, brand new 1996 Porsche Boxster. Walking by those pictures everyday and hearing them reminisce about how fun it was to just go for a care-free, top down, fun drive, made me fall in love with what cars can do for us!

As much as I love cars, I love people as well. When I get to help others get into awesome cars, it’s the dream job! I have always loved helping friends, family and colleagues get into the best vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget, long before I was a broker. I’ve always loved learning about new models and seeing the innovation in the industry, even more so now with hybrids and EVs. But the best part of my day is seeing how excited people get to turn a car from “A to B transportation” into an experience they love!

I was born and raised here in Denver and grew up with a love for the mountains – off roading and hiking all over them. After graduating from Arapahoe High School, I headed to Tempe, Arizona attending ASU (Forks up!) for a few years before realizing I was dying to get in the workforce and learn by actually getting my hands dirty. So I headed back to the ever beautiful CO, signed up for part-time classes after work, and am now chipping away at my degree in Business Entrepreneurship while living in the tech center close to my family.

My grandmother owned a specialty repair shop in the 1990s called “Corvette Denver.” Of course, I quickly fell in love with the aggressive American sports car at an early age. How could I not? Thanks to her I’ve had a passion for vehicles ever since, from driving replica Corvette go-karts, building models, to buying and working on my own cars—so far I’ve owned over 30 and still growing.

When I was a child, I was obsessed with Hot Wheels®. Then came real cars—the noises, the colors. It was all so alluring. Even at a young age I was amazed at the incredible capabilities vehicles possess. Growing up in California, I remember always wanting to wash my mom’s car. I would even wash her friends’ cars when they came over! When it was time for high school, I found my dream class: auto shop. My passion for cars is stronger now than ever. But I have to love them, right? My initials are “BMW”!

Raised in Wyoming, I spent my formative years among family members who were, and still are, automotive mechanics. This hands-on environment, filled with tinkering and problem-solving under the hood, ignited a profound passion for vehicles that has stayed with me ever since.
I formalized this passion by attending Universal Technical Institute in Phoenix, AZ (2000-2002), where I trained as an automotive repair technician. After serving in the US Marine Corps from 2005-2013, I discovered a new facet of the industry that truly resonates with me: sales.
Since 2013, I’ve found immense satisfaction in guiding customers through the vehicle buying process, helping them navigate their options to find exactly what they need. There’s a unique satisfaction in offering value, upholding honesty and integrity, and ultimately witnessing their genuine delight. When I’m not helping folks find their perfect ride, you’ll probably find me soaking up all the incredible adventures Colorado has to offer! I’m a passionate outdoorsman, so camping under the stars, hitting the trails for a hike or bike ride, casting a line, or even a bit of hunting – if it involves fresh air and nature, I’m all in.
As a dad to two amazing little girls, my “spare” time often turns into epic playtime adventures. We’re talking bike rides, playground crusades, and me teaching them the ropes of outdoor fun. Plus, you might catch us practicing our takedowns and submissions at Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class!
And when I do get a moment to myself, I love diving into house projects (there’s always something, right?), getting my hands dirty tinkering with computers and robotics, or simply chilling out and making memories with the family. It’s all about enjoying life to the fullest, whether it’s out on the open road or right at home!

Growing up in the industry. I remember growing up and seeing all the cars that my dad got to demo drive. You name it, Mustangs, Land Cruisers, Subaru’s. More importantly I got to see all the relationships he established by simply treating people the right way.
FAVORITE MAKE/MODEL:
If I had to pick one, I would say Toyota. I have had several Toyotas, but the first nice car I ever had was an FJ Cruiser. I remember getting into that car and how good it felt that I had a nice car that I earned through arduous work. I want to share that feeling with all my clients.

I grew up on the east coast where there’s plenty of delicious seafood to eat and fun beaches to frolic. And while NY and CO can’t be any more different, I can’t imagine raising my family anywhere else. The sight of the glorious mountains surrounding us whenever I drive somewhere as mundane as the grocery store keeps me humble, appreciative, and quite honestly, feeling lucky to be exactly where I’m at.

I love to cook. Cooking different kinds of cuisine is my passion. I am proud to say that my toddler has eaten a wider variety of food than most adults out there. Together with my daughter, pets, and the most loving husband in the world, every single day is a treat!

Cars have played a major part in my family’s history. My grandfather sold and raced cars in Switzerland. In fact, he raced with Vincenzo Lancia. My father, though he wasn’t much of a mechanic, knew everything there was to know about sports cars. My stepfather, having served in the US Airforce overseas became well-acquainted with foreign cars and raced imported cars as a hobby – Lotus, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, you name it, he raced it. So, when I say that the auto industry is in my blood, that isn’t an understatement.

I enjoy helping my clients work through all the nuances that come with purchasing a vehicle. Everyone is different, ergo every situation is different. Not to mention, being able to drive an array of fast cars, trucks and SUVs, is far more enjoyable than helping people buy office products. Wouldn’t you agree?

I am an Eagle Scout. A little cliché? Maybe. I am a Colorado native and active outdoorsman who loves spending time in the mountains. My life is blessed to be shared with my beautiful wife and daughter. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Business Administration/Finance.

My uncle owned a Jeep dealership, and some of my earliest memories are of walking the lot with him and working on Jeeps in the shop. He’d point out what made each vehicle different, who it was built for, and why that mattered — and I fell in love with it. The smell of the shop, the conversations on the floor, the way he talked about each car like it had a personality. Outside of the dealership, I kept finding my way back to cars and motorcycles on my own, hunting for deals, fixing them up myself, and reselling them. The entrepreneurial side came naturally, but so did the people side. Both have stuck with me ever since.

I’m not tied to a lot or a brand, rather I’m focused entirely on the customer in front of me. At H.M. Brown, I get to show up as an advisor not a salesperson, to ensure I’m finding the perfect match. It’s the only way I’ve ever wanted to work. The flexibility to find the right fit for each person, regardless of make or model, is what makes this role feel more like genuine service.

I grew up in Houston but have called Colorado home ever since I went to college and met my wife here! I spent a good chunk of my career in the tech and production world, where I got to produce and record albums — one of the things I’m most proud of outside of work. I’ve built my career around working with people and building strong relationships in the automotive industry. Before I got into this business, I served in the Air Force as a firefighter. That experience taught me discipline, accountability, and the importance of being there for people when it matters most.
What has kept me in this industry is simple. I enjoy helping people, earning their trust, and being part of a business where relationships and service still matter. I’ve had the chance to work with all kinds of clients and great people throughout my career, and that’s something I’ve always appreciated.

I’m originally from Michigan, and I’ve proudly called Colorado home since 1999. I have two kids and family is a huge part of my life. I’m also a big Michigan fan and follow all the Detroit sports teams. Staying connected to the people and things that matter most to me has always been a big part of who I am.

I am fortunate to have an older brother who got me interested in cars early and taught me how to work on them. In college, I spent summers working at an automotive restoration / service shop for British sports cars. I’ve loved cars ever since. I have owned classics, sports cars, performance sedans, trucks, jeeps, and just about everything in between. If I must choose a favorite, I always want to have a Jeep Wrangler in the garage.

When I was a child, my uncle was a sales consultant for a Volkswagen/Porsche Dealership in Winnipeg, MB, Canada where I grew up. I loved that every couple of weeks he would be driving the newest and best vehicles that were available at the dealership. His passion for explaining the highlights and features always created so much excitement and fun for me. I knew then that I wanted to create that for myself and for others.
I started my journey in the automotive industry with a Large Toyota Dealership when I moved to Las Vegas in 1998. While working for Rich Abajian at Findlay Toyota he taught me that once you stop thinking about it as the car business and think about it as the people business. That is when things will start to happen.

I moved to Colorado in 2007 and I knew it was a perfect fit for us. I am a single mother of 2 amazing teens and Castle Rock has been the perfect place for them to grow up. I love the outdoors and spend as much time outside as possible. I enjoy trail running, hiking and mountain biking in the summer and snow shoeing and cross-country and downhill skiing. I am an animal lover and have a weakness for horses and rescue dogs and have recently developed a soft spot for cats.
I love meeting new people and getting involved with the community. I believe this is why the automotive industry has been such a good fit for several years.

I have worked in the automotive industry since I was 18, which was 30 years ago, I started as a sales advisor for Automotive Lubricants and needed to learn how to engines worked, this gave me a perspective on the wonders of automotive engineering and how there is huge competition to always be the best, I worked in Shell for many years and became passionate about racing in general, but specially Formula 1, Shell and Ferrari partnership it allowed me to travel to many destinations. I have traveled to about 20 countries enjoying races form WRC, Formula1, Nascar Series, Dakar Rally, Indy 500 and others less famous but almost exciting, So my passion for this industry comes in four wheels. I have over 6 years of experience selling cars and plan to continue doing it for the rest of my life, there’s no job that I enjoy more than this one.

I am generally passionate about everything I do, very competitive, and I like to do things right the first time. In my free time, I love walking with my dog ‘Bailey’, whether in the city or in the mountains. Fortunately, in Colorado we have so many great places. I also like to go out on my bike and see places from a different perspective, which I would miss out on otherwise. In my family life, I love spending time with my wife and teenage children, either having a nice meal at a restaurant or cooking something delicious at home. We are Salvadoran, so eating pupusas, a good piece of meat, or seafood is something that cannot be missing from our plans. I really enjoy singing karaoke, playing guitar, going to concerts, watching movies, going to car races or events, and watching sports. I am a fan of the Broncos, the Nuggets, the Dodgers, and Real Madrid.
Generalmente soy apasionado en todo lo que hago, muy competitivo, me gusta hacer las cosas bien hechas desde la primera vez, en mis tiempos libres me encanta caminar con mi perra “Bailey”ya sea en la ciudad o en la montaña, afortunadamente en Colorado tenemos tantos buenos lugares, Tambien me gusta escaparme con mi Bicicleta y ver los lugares desde otra perspectiva que sin ello me lo perdería. En mi etapa familiar me encanta ir compartir con mi esposa y mis hijos adolecentes de una buena comida en un restaurante o cocinar algo delicioso en casa, somos Salvadoreños así que comer pupusas, una buena carne o mariscos es algo que no puede faltar en nuestros planes. My clients get an understanding of the benefits and pitfalls of leasing, financing, and cash transactions and learn the best way to handle their trade-ins. Since I have access to virtually any make or model, whether new or used, I’m not limited to just one brand or dealership. That means I can focus entirely on finding the right vehicle for each individual—based on their needs, preferences, and budget—rather than pushing what’s on a lot. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that I’m helping people make confident, informed decisions and that they can trust I’m working for them, not just a sale.

In September 1985, my wife and I moved to Colorado from Oregon with our newborn. Today, we reside in the wonderful town of Parker, which we love very much. I could not ask for anything more—I have a career that I love, a family that supports me, and I live in beautiful Colorado. I love people, I love cars, and it all comes together perfectly at H.M. I remember being a kid standing in a cold garage, oil filter cans scattered across the floor, holding what felt like a giant flashlight for my dad as he worked on our ’66 Mustang. Cars have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for what moves people both mechanically and personally. But beyond the cars themselves, what truly drives me is building lasting relationships, helping others find the vehicle that fits their story, and connecting over a shared love for the open road. I have experience in both sales and the automotive industry through my past work with Ferrari of Denver, Mike Ward Automotive, and Groove Subaru so I have had the pleasure of working with and learning about many different brand of vehicles.

I have always loved driving. I fondly remember sitting atop my grandfather’s old riding mower as a boy; he removed the mower deck so my brother and I could take turns driving. Later, a Lamborghini poster decked my bedroom wall. As a teen I loved the late ’60s Mustangs. Looking at car magazines has been a lifelong hobby of mine, and I love that my daily work keeps me immersed in the auto world. I’ve gained extensive experience and knowledge over the years and enjoy mentoring rookie brokers.

I am a proud Colorado native currently residing in Englewood. I have one incredible son. I love to travel. My preferred vacation is a cruise—unpack once and see several places. I support the Dale House in Colorado Springs. I am also a member of the Peak to Peak Miata club. I own a pair of Mazda Miatas. One is a 1997 M edition I bought in 1998 with 7,000 miles on it—she now has 197,000. The second one is a 2017 Miata Launch edition RF. The launch edition is a limited production model that came out in early 2017. Mazda sold these direct to loyal Miata owners, and I was fortunate to get one. I enjoy driving them on our scenic Colorado roads, top down most of the time.

I enjoy and appreciate anything with a motor. I grew up driving all sorts and sizes of farm/ranch vehicles, on dirt roads, since I was 9 years old. I would drive a Datsun manual 5 speed over to the other farms to play with friends, promising my dad that I would avoid mailboxes, which I did … mostly. I’ve been in sales since I was 11 years old, however, I became involved in the automotive industry in 1994 when I was recruited by a Junior Military Officer Recruiter.
