*Eligible maintenance can happen within 90 calendar days or 3,000 miles whichever comes first starting the day of purchase and may be subject to dealer inspection. The vehicle must have been driven less than 3,000 miles since purchase based on the odometer disclosed in purchase agreement. HM Brown Comprehensive Warranty covers any repair or replacement of components that fail under normal use due to a defect in materials or workmanship. HM Brown Comprehensive Warranty excludes interior trim, seating fabric, cabin surfaces, side windows, windshield, wipers, air and cabin filters, tires and wheels, brake pads, fluids, paint, corrosion, body panels, other non-mechanical parts as outlined in the Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty Agreement, and damage from a collision. HM Brown & Associates may refuse a repair under this warranty for any reason including but not limited to, vehicle damage, interior damage, mechanical damage, misuse, lack of maintenance, tampering, theft of property, force majeure or for any reason that is expressly listed in the terms and exclusions of the Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty Agreement.
